2 things that could happen:
A little icon in the browser bar before the web address...maybe the "CO" for the layout identity. This is very easy to do :)
And is this forum available on any forum app on a smartphone? (i.e.: Tapatalk, Forum Runner, etc?) What forum software is this? vBulletin, phpBB...?

I think the forum software is the PHP-based MediaWiki. Looks like it, at least.

I'm not totally familiar, but with some forum software the admin just has to select the option that people can access via a mobile app. It doesn't cost anything, it may allow for a little more current participation, which is always good.
Just a suggestion for better promotion of Colemak.
