I doubt anyone would be able to beat Sean Wrona, though - he uses an adaptive "hit with closest finger at the time" technique that's not even really touchtyping anymore, negating many of the disadvantages of QWERTY (though with some unusual posture, which might become an issue for him later). So a world record is, unfortunately, unlikely.
Ultimately, I think colemak is a lot more about ergonomics than speed, which is a shame considering how much hype speed would draw.
Edit: some other, possibly more interesting stats be something like "average time to transition and reach 50wpm (with or without tarmak)", "failure rate from layout switchers (with or without tarmak)",
