Virtualising? You mean run Cmk in a virtual machine, or what?
I always plop a PKL folder into VMs running Windows, and run my xkb patch on Debian/Ubuntu ones.

I am attempting to virtualise this application using MS AppV5 sequencer for Windows 7. After selecting Add+Publish on the APP-V launcher tool I can see the Colemak option listed in the Virtual Control Panel (running virtual cmd.exe, control panel then selecting Keyboard or other input methods, General, Default input Methods ) however I am unable to see/change the keyboard setting in control Panel from the machines start menu.
Maybe use loadkeys ? http://linux.die.net/man/1/loadkeys
I'm looking for this as well.....
Just an update incase anyone is interested:
I exported the reg key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\a0000409 from a PC with physical install of colemak.
Then using APPV 5, virtualised the application, however I have added a script into the DeploymentConfig.xml to import this reg key and copy the colemak2.dll to the PC C$\Windows\System32
So its not really virtualised, however its fit to use for my purposes.
Just a note: I had tried various other reg key solutions but the one above was the only one I could get working.
