Sorry!
After being on holiday for a month, and only using QWERTY keyboards for that time, I've practically unlearned Colemak. As much as I enjoyed it, I'm really not keen on spending time re-learning it. Sorry. :( :(

According to ChaperonNoir's experience, he didn't seem to lose any of his Colemak abilities, even after a while. I'm pretty sure that if you've managed to learn it once, it will be much much easier to pick it up again the second time around.
Anyway, there's no need to apologize.
As I've mentioned in my experiment in this thread: https://forum.colemak.com/viewtopic.php?id=218
it's not hard to switch back and forth. It just takes a little few hours at most to practice and refresh your mind, assuming you have former background in typing with that layout. Once you learn it, you won't forget it, it's just like riding a bike.
