For those of you who don't know what Karabiner is, it's software that let's you customize just about everything about how your keyboard works. I use it so that 'caps lock' is actually control, but that if I tap it it works as escape (among other tweaks). I think anyone running OSX should be using it.

Anyway, the developer is fantastic for listening to suggestions, and not only did he add colemak support, but he's also added tarmak!

You'll need to run a beta build (which I've never had trouble with), but now it's super easy to switch through on OSX.

    Enjoy!

So, 'Tekezo' isn't on this forum, but the guy who actually makes Karabiner? And now Tarmak is a default option for it?

As you can see in the Tarmak topic, one of our users made a Karabiner implementation of not only Tarmak but other goodies too. Still, this is great news!

Did you test that all the layouts do what they're supposed to?

Karabiner is a great tool for Mac users. This is great news. It makes the use of Tarmak transition even more easy for the new, curious person.

Not to mention the exposure. We already had good implementations but now this one is official!

I've updated my Tarmak sig topic with links. Would it be nice if there's a link back from that github topic, maybe?

    Was it your doing?

Yeah I did the feature request. I've never used Tarmak but I will test it out. I will also link back on GH.

But if you want to link at GH, you should link to the main topic of that post (the one in my sig).
