a simple 60 second flash-based typing text.
Nice and easy, with random word set.

へえぇ、なかなかおもしろい、ずばりさんよ。
Heh, I only managed to type 93 words.
It seems there's another addictive game.

That's pretty fast! I can't manage to break 80.
Nice, but it has few words so it gets a bit tiresome after a good while. For the long run, Ryan's test will be better I think, except this will train single word speed which is a slightly different approach which is nice.
Ryan: What I really like about the 10-fast-fingers page is how easy it is to get started there. You load the page and start typing, basically - maybe 1 single click on the text field but no more. I saw there's lots of code on the page; maybe you'll find a helpful snippet there somewhere?

I like heise much better. I actually score lower on that than Heise although had expected otherwise because that one had no caps or symbols. I guess I may like the sentences instead of random words.
