Do you plan to create a Win64 (AMD64) version of your keyboard layout? I'm keen to give it a try.

AFAIK, there's no tool capable of generating keyboard layouts for Windows x64 available yet.
The next version of the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) is supposed to support Windows x64. Here's the relevant blog entry from the author of the MSKLC.

My computer is a rather old, so I can't install Windows x64 on it to test things out.

Here are some techniques you can try out in the meanwhile:
    1. Use AutoHotKey to remap the keys. https://colemak.com/AutoHotKey
    2. Try to use the registry remapping technique. https://colemak.com/Registry_remapping

The way I got it to work was by downloading and installing the AutoHotKey program and converting the Colemak autohotkey script file in the Colemak zip file with the AutoHotKey "Convert .ahk to .exe" feature and then double clicking the newly made .exe file.
