Who here actually uses both shift keys, the left for right hand keys, and vice versa?
Who, when learning Colemak, trained themselves to learn to use the shift keys like
this, and have you seen any speed improvement?

I was training to use both shifts when learning to use Colemak. Now most of the time I use both shifts when typing. It's much better. I actually closely examined a few typing tutor programs and they all tell to type with both shifts, unlike many of us who only use left shifts...
