Why in 'THE GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS' was the category for the world's fastest typist taken out?

Did I miss something?  I didn't see anything at that link that said it was.

Maybe because they had to make more room for things like the World's biggest pie, cookie and pizza.  Honestly, I think Guinness is mostly a joke. A mix of circus and side show act.  Does it really matter ?

Yes, Samurai. It matters to me. I find touch typing fascinating.

Is there any touch typing championships sites on the internet?
Where I can obtain  video footage on the internet, with the worlds fastest typist in action?

    Fair enough.

So many people's eyes glaze over when you talk about touch typing that I am kind of curious what fascinates you about it?

The senses and how our brain works are pretty interesting stuff, for instance I find this fascinating,
