I made a layout with the Colemak position of all keys, but Serbian QWERTY position of all the punctuation marks and special characters, the only special character changed being Č which is at the position where P is in QWERTY, at the left of Š.

Have you also studied the Serbian variant in the BigBag, for comparison? It doesn't keep the Serbian QWERTY positions (that's the "Keep Symbols" variant), but it aims to make Serbian easier to write with Colemak while remaining as powerful as the Colemak-eD layout.

This is the built setup folder. I was less tech savvy when I made the original post, so being confused and not knowing what people actually need, I uploaded the unbuilt msklc file. Run setup.exe to install the layout. I hope my silly little layout helps someone out there, even though it seems like it hasn't so far.
It's been 3 years since I started using colemak. Crazy
