I noticed that there is no download for Windows CE.
I've read that a version can be made from an XP keyboard dll with kbdgen.exe in the Visual Studio Mobile SDK. Unfortunatly I don't have MVS. So I hoped that someone else might do it.

HPC Factor has CE SDKs for download http://www.hpcfactor.com/developer/
From what I gather, sorenk may have moved on to other layouts - at least, he made a few. Not sure.
I don't have a handheld and I've never used any SDK's, so I'm afraid I'm rather useless to you. :)
