Having Capslock work as backspace is great has a few issues.
I've been a Colemak user for two years now, but I'm just not using caps lock as backspace, because backspace still works.
I need to stop backspace working, or remap it to something (probably best just to kill it)
On my mac, I'm using KeyRemap4MacBook and Caps works as Backspace without any issues, however if I try to remap "delete" (backspace on Mac) to anything, then the Capslock key gets remapped to the same thing, as it seems to be linked to the code generated by that key, rather than the code for backspace.
On Ubuntu 8.04 (which impressively comes with Colemak out of the box) the repeat doesn't work, I haven't check the forum for a solution to this, but I need to know how to kill backspace on Ubuntu as well, preferably in all layouts, i.e. non x-term console as well as X.
