Have anyone tyied to use his own layout built with MSKLC? The funny thing is that all the key remapping do not work with Ctrl so all the shortcts works in qwerty way. I have used it on Windows XP and 2003 svr.

You have to edit the virtual key codes as most programs use those for shortcuts. This has been discussed before at https://forum.colemak.com/viewtopic.php?id=487
I edited my own file in WordPad (this was before I learnt Vim of course!). But if you start out with the colemak.klc file from the download, you'll get the right VK_ codes right off the bat.
