I used a program years ago, which let you press Windows key + V (for example), to open my videos directory. Or Win key + F to launch Firefox. I've had a search around but I can't remember what it was called and all the alternatives seem rubbish.

Does anyone know how I can do this? I'm using PKL so if there is a way to do it with that, that'd be excellent.

If not, any other ideas appreciated.

You can use AutoHotKey and the run command. Look at the documentation for more information.
