Just keep using QWERTY then. Problem solved.

Or remap the controls ingame.
Or switch to qwerty when playing games only.
Here's a layout that meets your criteria:
qwnrf y;ikp
asdtg ueolh
zxcvb jm,./
WASDZXCV all stay in place. In fact, only 10 keys change position from Qwerty, and only six change fingers. (Colemak changes 17 and 12, respectively.) It's not quite as efficient as Colemak, but should be more comfortable to use and will certainly be easier to learn. Have fun!

These don't work in AZERTY either (WASD becomes ZQSD). Those games should be configurable.
Oh, come on: WARS is a zillion times cooler than a mere WASD! ;)
If you use some old or poorly made game that can't be configured, you could try mapping the VKEY differently from the char sent in MSKLC, or a script could save you.
I don't see how Phynnboi's layout 'should be more comfortable to use'. Really.

Very few Flash games (like on Newgrounds) allow keys to be remapped, but many use WASD. Personally, I don't find that a compelling reason to keep WASD, but I was curious how much could be improved under those constraints.
As far as comfort, the posted layout has a lot more inward rolling than Colemak, among other things. It's not really going to break my heart if no one uses the thing, though. :)
Ah, true. Flash typing can be a pain in general. I've often run into trouble with the remapped VK_ keys for instance.
I suppose scripting could save a Flash aficionado, though.

What do you mean? Doesn't Flash recognize properly the keys?
Dvorak typist here. Please take my comments with a grain of salt.
Not sure exactly what causes it or how to avoid it, but I've had problems with the semicolon/colon and O in Air Typer for instance. I suppose it may be a matter of virtual key codes versus virtual scan codes.
