    Adding Colemak to UK locale possible in Vista?

    I've installed the Beta Colemak layout on my Vista Machine, but can't add it to the English (United Kingdom) locale. It only seems possible to have it under the English (United States) locale.
    I can add other US layouts to the English (United Kingdom) locale - see:

    Is there a way to get around this?

    Where did you get the "United States-International without deadkeys"?
