With most of the folks here concerned with efficiency and/or comfort, I was wondering what you're using along with the keyboard.
Tablets? Trackballs? Modified mice?
I'm looking at the Evoluent VerticalMouse and the Logitech Wireless Trackball M570, though the trackball lacks a lefty option.
What's your weapon?
Logitech Trackman Wheel, never looked back.
I'm a lefty too, but I use a right handed mouse/trackball.
The Trackball Marble is usable with both hands though.

How is the Marble for FPS gaming?
I use the Marble mouse in my office. Which is a good weapon to prevent others from using my computer as they have problem to control pointer by fingers instead of moving the whole mouse.
I virtually don't play any pc game. cannot tell if a trackball good for gaming. anyway, it is only a matter of adaptaion.
