I am really liking it. More comfortable. Took me about a week to hit 40 wpm. I am on a kinesis advantage pro and a macbook air. I switched due to typing pain .... this reduces the workload!!

40 in a week? What was your previous (Qwerty, I'd imagine) speed?
Good progress, keep it up and you'll enjoy it more and more.

not sure on my previous qwerty, as i never measured it. work was slow, so i practiced colemak a lot every day. i also relabeled my kinesis and moved the keys around on my macbook. am quite happy with the layout
Inspiring! I am going to switch today because my wrists are acting up again.

Getting closer to 70 now. I hit 115 on the "common words test" from the website. I haven't used QWERTY since starting. I think the cold turkey approach is best, if you can do it.
Wow, you're progressing very quickly.
Since you have a Kinesis Advantage keyboard as well you might be interested in Colemak key caps from WASD keyboards. There's photos of Colemak caps on my Advantage as well as a link to a geekhack thread with more info.
