Stupid, stupid AVG. It simply thinks that compiled Windows code can be up to no good and strikes. I've had that problem with a few others, but usually virus programs aren't quite as dense as that. Oh, and deleting the suspected malware instead of just quarantining it and asking you is simply unforgivable.
In the start, switching back and forth will be more problematic. Later on it's easier.
