    Is it possible to run Amphetype on MacOS Catalina with Python 3.8?  I'll be grateful for any advice/pointers.

    I've been hoping for the longest time that someone would step up to the plate and maintain Amphetype. Apart from a fork (Lalopmak) with polish but lacking some of the functionality I like in the original, I haven't seen much by way of responsible stepping up.

    This port worked for me with python 3:

    https://github.com/jjlee/amphetype

    It segfaults for me every time I quit the app, but it works nonetheless.
