If you are looking for a solution to run/install Colemak on Microsoft's Surface Pro X with the Microsoft SQ1 or SQ2 ARM processor, you will need to use EPKL, and not the Colemak installer for Windows.  I don't like using EPKL quite as much as the default installation, but it is effective.  I was just about to give up the Pro X because of this issue, but fortunately I found a post somewhere explaining that EPKL worked on the ARM chip.  Hopefully this helps someone, good luck!

Glad to hear that EPKL could help! AutoHotKey is indeed a powerful tool.
