    Hi everyone,
I have a school laptop with the system language set to Dutch, and unfortunately, I can't install the Russian language through the normal system settings. That's why I downloaded EPKL, but I'm not sure how to add the Russian layout to it.

What I want is to be able to type in Russian letters using my keyboard as if I had a standard Russian keyboard layout installed.
Could someone please help me set this up properly in EPKL? I'd really appreciate any guidance.

    Thank you in advance!

So you don't want the Rulemak layout, which is based on the Colemak layout then? Fair enough.

The best way for you would be to make your own BaseLayout and a layout that points to it. To do this, why not use Rulemak as a starting point since it does have Kyrillic characters and whatnot.

    Then, study this page:
