Happy new year!

This layout is lifted 2 rows. Function row is now the QWFPG row, right hand is moved out 2 columns.
Thumb row is spaced down a row relative to standard spacebar position.  Spacebar removed.

Hand layers look pretty good to me, though I haven't tried it yet.  The rolling thumb combos are a new idea and not very well developed (some important missing combos in this arrangement).

The changes to the alpha portion assume that you will be floating (not 'touch-typing' per se) and on a matrix keyboard.  1 column, 1 row movement by the hand increases bigraph, trigraph rolls.
