Hehe, you're a bit late. A forum search would've shown you that Norwegian Colemak already has been made for iOS (by Padde) and Windows PKL plus XKB (by me). See my topic on Locale Colemak solutions for links and a discussion.
But hey – nice work! I agree with the decision of keeping the symbols mostly like the standard Colemak ('US' for 'Universal Symbols', heh). I didn't change the <> mappings because I and Vim use those so I keep the ;: key where Colemak has it. This makes sense to me at least, since I write more colons and semicolons than æ anyway.
I also happen to think that my way of putting æøå in the middle of an AngleWide modded layout both looks very neat and works very nicely! ;)
If you want to be a bit pan-Norwegian about it like I've been, include the ʒƷ and ŋŊ and easy access to accent keys for our Sápmi and Swedish/Norwegian friends. ;)
[edit: Okay, I see that you've actually discussed this before in this forum. I did seem to remember your moniker. In that case, welcome back and now others too can see where all this is coming from! Also, congratulations on writing layout definition files after all.]

I know I'm not the first, just sharing my own version.
It is intended to be well-suited for ANSI keyboards.
Good advice on adding more accents.

Heh, that was just a matter of shoving aside my laziness for once.
In case anyone cares, here's a *nix version using xmodmap.
