    Is this possible?

    Right now I have to have a QWERTY style keyboard to enter pinyin in Android ... sucks.

    In Android, you want to use MessagEase. You could use a layout like the one I've suggested, reminiscent of Colemak. See the touch screen input topic. It even has a Chinese IME.

    hmmm

    seems cool but i just want to have a standard Colemak layout!  i would be all set if it weren't for the fact that i mostly write in chinese on my phone.  thanks for the link tho.
