When i use your layouts, the bottom row of my keyboard starts with a - and moves all the other keys on the bottom row one key to the right
Copy, paste, etc appears to be stuck in my old dvorak layout? (ctrl + y is copy, ctrl + . is paste, etc.)

I tried your registry patch, same problem.

I made my own version using MS Keyboard layout creator to fix the bottom row...but still my ctrl * shortcuts are busted.

Also my login is really messed. I have to ctrl + alt + del twice and use the username box to find out what on earth is going on, lol.

And, when i play games. The key bindings are dvorak.

Also, Colemak is the only layout i have installed.

    Using WinXP SP2

    Any ideas?

Did you install by any chance the DvAssist or similar utility? I think that might be the culprit. If you used the registry remapping, be sure to run the "I386\Clear remapping.reg" file to undo the registry changes, and make sure that normal QWERTY works correctly before trying to reinstall Colemak.

No, I've never heard of DvAssist.

I cleared the registry, rebooted, switched to qwerty, rebooted, installed the registry patch, rebooted.

My login still isn't right, And now have a \ at the begining of my bottom row

The physical layout of my bottom row is

    zxcvbkm,.?#

    The software layout is
    \zxcvbkm,./

My CTRL + * shortcuts work now (providing i account for the / at the begining of the bottom row)

    I can't type ? or ~, i had to copy n paste em, lol

My keyboard is a logitech G15 (maybe the best colemak keyboard yet :D)

If the login layout is wrong, but everything else is okay when you're in QWERTY, you can fix it by manually copying all the registry entries in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload] registry tree to [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload] (be careful while editing the registry).

Once you get normal QWERTY to work perfectly, I suggest you follow the instructions on the Registry remapping page, and run the "I386\QWERTY to Colemak remapping.reg" file. If this doesn't work correctly for you, try the SharpKeys utility.

I tried with all the registy remappers on this website, none of them support UK Keyboards. :(
    (theres no £3, ~# or @' assignments)

Plus its having weird side effects, like
    RShift + / = null
    LShift + / = ?

    yaaaay, i fixed it.

I put my PC into UK English qwerty
    Installed the registry patch
Went into keytweak, rebinded the bottom row so all keys where one spot to the right, and put the \ in the correct place
    Rebooted, i k and m where both k.
    Set M to M, rebooted
E then magically turned into M
    So i set E back to E
and it now seems to be working. :D

All except my right shifted ?...guess i can make an AHK hack for that. :D
