I thought it might be interesting to conduct a survey of the forum's users, to see what people are currently using, hardware, software, and layout-wise.

If you're willing to take part, just post your answers below regarding your current primary setup. For clarity, I suggest posting one reply only in this thread - if it leads to discussions these could go in another thread.

Layout:

Main layout: Mod-DH/Curl-DH
Extend: yes (via LeftAlt)
Wide mod: no
Other Customizations (specify): Custom AltGr layer; thumb-shift
Time since switch from Qwerty: 4 years
Typical WPM on current layout: 70 wpm (10fastfingers)

Software:

OS: Linux (mainly), Windows (occasionally)
Layout implementation: XKB (DreymaR's), AutoHotKey

Hardware:
Ortholinear keyboard in custom layout (called the Space Oddity affectionately).
Closest to ANSI.
Split: No.

Layout:
Vanilla Colemak, 3 layers of things that are useful for my every day.
Extend: Sorta?
Wide mod: No.
Other Customizations (specify): Left thumb Control, Layers, Dual-role keys, Macros, Hyper keys, Mouse control, Numpad, Oneshot Shift.
Time since switch from Qwerty: 2 months.
Typical WPM on current layout: Varies by text, new text usually 76-82 WPM. Familiar text 92-120 WPM.

Software:
OS: Windows at work and when I really feel like it, GNU/Linux mostly for the last decade or so.
Layout implementation: QMK, Kinesis SmartSet, AutoHotKey sometimes used for extras.

WPM: 110 average (90 - 130 range; typeracer)

Keyboard model: Programmable ortholinear (Let's Split,Planck) and columnar staggered (ErgoDox, ErgoTravel)
Split: yes, sure thing! (except Planck)

Layout:

Main layout: Mod-DH
Extend: yes (programmed in layer, called by Lower as it is at Planck's standard layout)
Wide mod: kind of yes, keep keyboard's halves 5-6 inches apart (except Planck again)
Other Customizations (specify): Two-three custom layers; thumb-shift, thumb-anything; one-shot modifiers, dual-purpose keys (modifier when hold, key when tap,or one key at one tap, other key at two taps, may add three if needed), Ctrl shotcuts on one keypress, the list keeps growing.
Time since switch from Qwerty: 2 years
Typical WPM on current layout: 45-55 wpm (I'm not fast, but I was a way slower before switch)

Software:

OS: Windows (mainly), Linux (occasionally)
Layout implementation: Programmable keyboards, used to use PKL

The time is rather on and off for me, used colemak for 3 years, then had to switch back for work, and I'm no closing in on half a year back.

Current speed is ~70 WPM

Software:

Linux at home, Windows at work.

I'm using XKB at home with dreymar's scripts and PKL at work.

Yeah, willingness to test something out is probably not just limited to the keyboard layout ;)

dactyl variant (home made) with gateron brown switches

Layout:
Vanilla colemak with thumb clusters.
Time since switched from qwerty, 6 months.
Typical WPM 60 wpm on keybr.com and slowly getting faster.

OS: GNU/Linux (debian)
