Hey all, I've set up a small Discord server which can be found here: https://discord.gg/sMNhBUP

I think this would be a nice way to get some people together just to discuss the layout, experience etc. One didn't already exist - perhaps in the longer term it can serve as a good way of getting people familiar with the layout, to ask questions etc. Feeling as if people don't use Colemak might be a barrier to entry for some so we should try to change that.

I've basically come up out of nowhere and had minimal experience with the layout and community compared to people here who have used it for years - I'd greatly appreciate some admins who want to volunteer (assuming this Discord becomes a thing) Thanks!

EDIT: We're currently at 16 members - this is no empty server
EDIT 2: Now in the website's sidebar, 63 members. We're now 'official'!
EDIT 3: At 161 members, the server is highly active and still going strong. It is more active than the forum and is a great resource for those new to the layout and debating ergonomics. Check it out if you haven't already :)
EDIT 4: The server has a casual 1,075 members now, nothing to see here

Cheers! Hopefully with more exposure the room can be a first port of call to those needing a hand.

Well, that's something you don't see every day. :) Good to see your posts again, Your Majesty.

Grats! And thanks for the effort and activity, NottNott! You're doing a great job promoting and supporting our fave layout! :-)

To be honest, the bold thing was an afterthought and my main point was making the link with readable text like this:

Perhaps you should develop some unusually-styled facial hair and then become known as DreymaR Forkbeard.

That does have a better ring to it. But right now I cannot defend that title. More like DreymaR Borkmind...!
