    Uninstall does not work correctly on windows 10

    I installed colemak on windows 10 some time ago.
    As I wasn't able to use it a lot it was actually unused. Problem for me was that Ctrl+LeftShift always switched from German layout to Colemak. It was distracting because I often hit the 2 together.
    Long story short: I uninstalled and rebooted.
    Today I found out that Ctrl+LeftShift still switches the keyboard layout to colemak. I don't have an uninstall option anymore in the programs.
    I did not use any registry hacks. Only installation program.

    How can I get rid of the colemak completely from my system?

    I think you can bork your setup if you uninstall a layout that's active. Always remove the layout before uninstalling it. You need to understand that MSKLC is a developer tool, not the usual user-friendly Windows experience. Nevertheless, things like that are among the reasons I prefer using EPKL now.

    You could try reinstalling the Colemak .dll, then making sure it's not set before uninstalling it again?

    What is EPKL?

    That worked. I reinstalled. Rebooted. Removed Colemak German and Colemak English Keyboards from system. Rebooted. Uninstalled. And after final reboot it seems to be gone.

    Read about EPKL in the BigBag. Take some time to read all about it.  (❁°‿°)

    The main reason I use EPKL is to get Extend, actually. But it's very nice that it's portable too.
