    I want to change the mappings to use the acute accent ( ́) with another key, such as AltGr+'. Is it possible just modifying the .klc file? Or I have to do anything else?

    Yes, you can use Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to do that. Note that there are a few issues with the current version of MSKLC, and the next version of MSKLC should be out within a few weeks.
