How is the unified DH-mod agreeing with you? You're using it now, right?

nope.. theres no real benefit to me taking it on until I have to, which will prob be next time I upgrade my OS.
Dang. You said "maybe later", didn't you?
Well, at any rate I'm liking it a lot. Recommended at the price. ^_^

well i can see it makes sense to unify things from yours and steves perspective, but from my perspective, already being a mod-dh user, we're getting down to very marginal gains
Probably a bit marginal for you, yes. Myself, having made the extra jump I'm bound to defend that choice, know what I mean? ;-)
But on the other hand, I do think it's better from a typing perspective, so much that it feels well worth it for me – that's what I meant by "recommended at the price". Also, support for the old variant will be marginal from now on if that matters to you.
But on the third hand, I'm an incurable mod junkie aren't I. :-D

Back over 50wpm within a day
Words with two key changes in them are tough - you spot the first pitfall but not necessarily the second, particularly if the second is a 'v'
Yeah. And after a while, only the least common letters cause trouble. And then, bliss... ;-p

him, home, move, mode, dome, hammer, have, hove, dove, had, dam, mad, ham
on 10FF top 200 i'm flirting with 60wpm again
i'm agreeing now that the d and h positions are slightly nicer to hit than the v and m positions - it does feel like the switch is a real improvement
back on amphetype looking to generate a new 'most damaging' list from the top 1000 based on the dh mod changes
see if that turbo charges my assimilation of the new keys

great passage for testing latest DH mod assimilation
looks easy, but actually requires a lot of concentration!
"This made me reflect, how vain an attempt it is for a man to endeavor to do himself honor among those who are out of all degree of equality or comparison with him."
